Tonelli appears to have an ongoing close friendship with Sam Lovejoy, Esq. In emails they routinely use “pet names” (examples: Sir Samuel, Sammy dear, Senore Loviejoy, samtheman, Mr. Lovely ) for each other. She has also asked him to do research for her department.
SO WHAT?
February 22, 1974, Sam Lovejoy, toppled a 349 foot weather tower owned by Northeast Utilities.
On February 2, 2015, Northeast Utilities and all its subsidiaries, including NSTAR, began to brand themselves as Eversource Energy.
Tonelli sits on the MAAO Utilities Committee; she’s also tasked with determining the value of their operations in Montague for the purpose of taxation; and is involved in litigation/disputes with FirstLight, Verizon and Eversource.
